To Provide Direct Support to Users of Computing Equipment. Areas of responsibility include
- End user trouble management, trouble management, end user computing asset management
- End user desk side assistance, end user computing equipment configuration and installation
- End user computing equipment repair, End user satisfaction with IT Services.

Main Duties of the Jobholder
1.Adheres to and Enforces Help Services Procedures designed to provide responsiveness to request for assistance in support of business needs
2.Interfaces with hardware, software, and facility vendors to ensure the timely and quality delivery of preventive and reactive maintenance
3.Tracks all end user computing equipment from receipt through disposal
4.Tracks leased equipment schedules and Coordinates end-of-lease disposition
5.Designs, Develops and Maintains consistent end user computing software images, in conjunction with and with assistance from Technical Services
6.Installs hardware and software to meet end user requirements
7.Develops Project Plans for 1-2 person Projects
8.Reports Project Status
9.Troubleshooting for end users which is related to IT
10.Telecommunications support
11.Manages End User Computing projects, and Participates in Development and Technical Services projects as requested
12.Mentors junior staff members, including assignment of projects and prioritization of activities
13.Monitors customer (end user) satisfaction with IT Services in general and End User Support in specific and Implements corrective action as appropriate
14.Assesses the job performance of junior staff personnel and Provides input to direct report management
15.Performs other duties as assigned

1.Knowledge:Have experience in Microsoft operating system and Cisco/HP hardware product
Good understanding of LAN/WAN and intranet concepts
2.Technical/Work-based Skills:Be good at the PC/Laptop,printer,telephone problem solving
3.General Skills/Attributes:Good written and oral communication skills in both English and Chinese
Strong service orientation
Requires very little Supervision
4.Experience: 2 years or above relevant experience
5.Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree or above
